this ring has tales to tell, but we're left to try to map out its story. it's most recent adventure was in a bin of jewelry destined to be melted. why? in part because it was covered in a white water based glue. and, because most of the stones have itty bitty damage. well, whoever was giving up on this ring didn't know that some of us prefer our stones that are prone with chipping pre-chipped so that it's a low stress piece to adopt and wear

C O N D I T I O N
in good vintage condition
the setting is in great condition, with normal wear and tear for a vintage band including surface scratches, dents, dings and dulling
nearly all of the stones have minor chips and scratches. the emeralds have tiny chips/wear along the exposed edges of the stones and along the facets, table, etc
at least two of the baguette diamonds have chips visible without magnification
the emerald stones don't have enough prongs to hold them into their settings perfectly level, so you'll notice that they're each at a very slight angle
after some serious soaking and scrubbing nearly all of the water based glue that was once throughout the setting and stones is gone. there might be tiny tiny remnants in hard to reach places
this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
