an arc of sparkly diamonds neatly tucked into a channel setting? yes, please. and, the band's height tapers very slightly from the channel setting to the shoulder, which makes it slightly less likely for the ring to 'spin' on the finger
there are crisp, precise channel set half eternity bands and then there are slightly more rustic, organic, quirky channel set half eternity bands. this one leans toward more rustic and organic both because of its stones with varying clarity and color and plenty of inclusions, and from time-earned imperfections to the bezel setting around the stones. honestly, a slightly quirk band is much less stress than a perfect band

-a few minor inconsistencies in the edge of the channel setting where it overlaps on the stones
-a narrow spot at the base of the band from a previous sizing
-stones are accented by a white gold overlay, which seems to be in good shape
-this band hasn't been professionally polished in a long while, so it has more of a dull, matte luster than bright/shiny. a jeweler could buff it back to shiny if that's the vibe you prefer
this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
