in good vintage condition

nice snug snap closure and easy hinge

small round openings for tiny photos or the tiniest love note on the inside

visible scratches on the front and back

a heavy file mark on the inside edge of the 'front' of the locket from a previous overly thorough acid testing

some residue from glue inside the photo compartment that didn't easily come out with a soak in soapy vinegar water

minor dents and dings on both front and back

the inside of the locket has deep patina and a matte luster

this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
