in good re-worked antique condition
-hand engraving is new and crisp
-the surface of the oval signet has a faint matte/brushed finish
-base of the band shows evidence of a previous sizing with some hue and texture surface inconsistencies
-the gold used to make this signet is extra porous and there is one place on the inside of the under gallery of the shoulder where there's a surface crack — a jeweler recommended against repairing this surface quirk unless it eventually becomes a bigger issue, but it is also the reason that it's likely not a good candidate for sizing at the porosity makes the gold more brittle, which means that sizing it could lead to creating more cracks and issues
