ooh, it's fun when a hallmark offers some clues about age, which debunk an assumption about how recent a piece is. these heart designs are popular now, so one could guess this was a contemporary piece. And, this was an estate piece, so it came without provenance, but the hallmarks are for OroAmerica, which was acquired via a merger with another jewelry business and went by another name after 2001. So, while we might have been able to guess that it wasn't old old, it's likely Y2K era vintage, and very likely was a set sold together via QVC or a big box store.
it's a woven flat link, with an uncountable number of individual components engineered together into wearable love-themed lace. wild! the bracelet and necklace can easily be combined together for a longer length, so this offering is for the two together at a slightly discounted price to encourage keeping them together

truly, these are a feat of engineering that manage to make delicate, intricate, intertwined pieces of metal look, feel, and move like lace. and, like lace it holds a bit of memory from how it was moved in the past, which means that it doesn't lay or hang perfectly flat on a level surface, but none of those minor warbles are eye catching when worn on a body. the bracelet has fewer warbles than the necklace, which hints it was worn less than the necklace was
clasps work well, but don't open particularly far, so they require some focus
this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
