this is a spectacular example of a qu'hier que demain pendant ('I love you more than yesterday, less than tomorrow) in 18k yellow gold made by French designer A Augis with red baguette stones (likely rubies, as is customary in these pieces), a rose cut diamond, an the coveted floral/leaf frame around the perimeter of the token

it is marked 'AA' for A Augis, has the tiny French eagle hallmark on the small bail, and has time-earned patina giving it a brighter hue than 18k
