this is a handmade piece, so it isn't precise or perfect
as is customary for this style, the quartz & chalcedony are held by both the bezel and a thin layer of jeweler's epoxy to stabilize them in the setting
the lapis lazuli's setting is raised off the crystal slightly because it's attached to the bezel
these are stones and have natural surface imperfections
modest time-earned patina and scratches throughout the gold
