the skull has some minor wear throughout the facial features, visible with magnification

the engraving on the top of the signet has significant wear and is partially obscured by the skull and crossbones

band was previously sized and the sizing seam is visible

heavy surface scratches, dents and dings throughout the surface of the signet ring

on the underside of the signet you can see the solder marks where the skull was attached to the signet

the signet's face doesn't have perfect symmetry, which makes centering the skull a particularly tricky challenge. it's centered by some measurements and off center by others. if you like perfect symmetry this might not be your perfect treasure.
