jump rings are NOT soldered shut, but are a very sturdy, heavy gauge
new handcuff clasp is very sturdy and can be adorned with a charm or two
this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
