the ornate disc appears to have a bloomed finish, which gives the surface a high karat hue. this finish is wearing away, most notably on the lion's cheek, which is fairly raised
the diamond is new and free from damage
the vintage band has plenty of surface scratches, dents, dings and dulling
the back of the disc has some surface inconsistencies from solder and from where the original hardware was removed
