luck on the line! isn't it always?

an antique victorian era horseshoe pin has been carefully converted to a long north/south pendant. the horseshoe features a smattering of grey rose cut diamonds with some bright green faceted paste/glass stones impersonating emeralds and there's a natural pearl sitting on a small bezel setting

let's all be thankful that it existed in brooch form, mostly unworn, for most of its existence to preserve it to beautifully

C O N D I T I O N 

in good reworked antique condition

the bar isn't perfectly level or straight, but it's looking pretty spectacular for 100+ years old. its possible that a jeweler could straighten it out further, but that decision is left to you. minor surface inconsistencies along the back of the bar where the original brooch hardware was removed

all of the stones in the horseshoe are original and intact, though some minor chips/wear to the facets are to be expected (visible with very close inspection and careful eyes or with magnification)

pearl seems in good condition and appears to be mounted on a post

this is a reworked antique item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
