a wonderfully old, slightly cowardly lion with the sweetest roar was once a stick pin, and has been expertly converted to a pendant with a double bail

these hollow, intricate forms boggle the mind a little and this one has 100+ years of patina accenting every detail

time-earned patina that adds incredible contrast to the design details

the lion is in amazing condition considering its age and hollow form

surface scratches, minor dents, dings, and dulling

there's a visible are on the back of the pendant where the hue and texture are different in the area where the pin was removed and the hue varies because of original solder and lack of patina
