it's old and it's new!

an art deco knife edge band from coveted JR Wood was sourced with plenty of time-earned wear and it felt like it was missing a little bling, so it now has 10 star-set antique single cut diamonds, which alternate in a zig-zag-esque pattern around the band

the stones are antique and a few have teeny tiny time-earned quirks, so this price was calculated to exclude the cost of the stones (gasp!), which means this piece is discounted compared to others that will appear in this collection

14k yellow gold with a faint rosy hue + natural single cut diamonds

M E A S U R E M E N T S 

slides down to size 4.75 just barely on a sizing mandrel, but fits more like a size 4.5. sizing would be very difficult and is not recommended

band has a knife edge shape so, it's more plump than most bands. ~2.5mm wide and ~1.9mm tall/rise off the finger

diamonds are each 1mm

weighs 2.4g

C O N D I T I O N 

in good re-worked antique condition

- at least three of the ten 1mm single cut diamonds have surface imperfections like chips and scratches. it is very difficult to spot the damage with a naked eye, but you can find it with enlarged photos and/or other forms of magnification
-this JR Wood band was worn and loved and what would have been a crisp, sharp knife edge has softened significantly, so it's now more like a pointy donut band
-100+ years of surface scratches, dents and dings
-the starburst settings are done by hand, so each star's points are unique and have an organic look and feel
