made by CHAM, for Chamilia, a jewelist similar to Pandora, that seems to no longer be in business

it's a large, wonderful size, but the mystery is that the clasp mechanism isn't very strong and can be pushed open easily

you could style it as a carabiner on a necklace if you're careful not to put pressure on the latch and have it open accidentally
