a wonderful antique British medal fob that was unadorned by engraved achievements, dates, and names until someone added a skull face to the fob's front

while the pendant/fob is definitely antique, the skull was added later, though it has plenty of vintage wear

This is a re-worked antique item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved

when found this piece was completely covered in a clay-like substance, which has been cleaned off as thoroughly as possible, but in the process of cleaning the residue the piece also lost much time-earned patina
