sometimes a ring has a powerful energy, and this is one of those rings. maybe it's the striking form, or the sturdy weight, or the rich color of the lapis, but this ring has a strong, sweet presence with incredible vibes
very vintage, hand crafted, possibly originally a custom one-of-a-kind piece.
the 14k gold is a warm rosy hue, but not a true pink rose gold — it's probably equal distance between a true yellow gold with blue undertones and a true rose gold with red undertones. it plays nicely with friends: next to a rose gold ring is seems rosy, and next to a yellow gold ring it plays like yellow gold.
the lapis was inlaid in three pieces, and the seems are visible in excellent lighting. the top of the ring was soldered to the base of the ring, hinting that it was built in components that were then assembled.
every edge is soft, both from wear and from how it was crafted

the lapis is intact, but does have minor surface wear giving it more of a matte surface texture
surface scratches, dents and dings throughout the gold
there's a faintly visible solder seam that's slightly more yellow in hue that marries the top portion of the setting with the rest of the ring
currently the surface of the gold has time-earned patina, which is giving it a slightly rosier hue than its true base hue
