a stunning late mid century artist-made Libra zodiac scales pendant with a detailed hand cut design that makes excellent use of negative space

solid 14k yellow gold (marked 585 for gold content hinting to its European origin stone) with a very slight green hue

M E A S U R E M E N T S 

pendant without bails is ~15mm across

the bail has a small  ~3.25mm x ~2mm opening, but it is NOT soldered shut, so can easily be opened to be added to a chain

weighs 1g (very lightweight)

C O N D I T I O N 

in good vintage condition

most of the quirks are original features of its handmade origin, like that the round frame isn't a perfect circle and the jump ring bail is an organic shape 

this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
