this ring was worn and loved and has the wear to prove its age:
-sizing seam at the base of the band
-very worn/chipped enameling
-time-earned patina giving the rosy gold more of a coppery hue than its true base color
-softening/wear to the lettering
-surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling
