this epic Chinese export sterling silver ring is engraved with a scene of a pagoda on one side and a dragon on the other. not to be outdone, the center hematite stone has a mesmerizing iridescence

C O N D I T I O N 

in good vintage condition

stone is held in place by prongs and they do wiggle in their setting

there is wear to the top of the stone 

inconsistent, heavy time-earned patina — polishing decisions are left to the buyer

it was purchased from a dealer who had several rings in this style stashed, so its safe to assume it's new old stock and did not have a previous owner who wore it. damage and wear is from being stored in a pile of jewelry where each item wasn't protected

this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
