the center stone is in such good condition and the prongs have evidence of being re-tipped, which hints that it may be a replacement stone, but it's a lovely choice!
white gold plating around the settings has begun to fade
heavy patine throughout the ring, especially the under side of the setting
it has been a long time since this ring was professionally polished, so the luster is more matte & scratched than shiny — polishing would mean losing some/all of the patina, so that choice is left to the next caretaker
