the smoky stone does show heavy wear to the facets (see photos) — the stone is a standard size stone, so the buyer could opt to have the stone swapped if there's a preference for a new crisp stone over the original stone

the wings act as almost-bezel settings for the center stone and the details on the wings have nearly worn away, leaving a shiny surface and wings that aren't perfectly uniform
