in good vintage condition

heavy scratches, dents and dings throughout the surface of the silver, especially on the puffy curved left side of the heart and at the base of the band

the inside of the heart is hollow and has an accumulation of patina, stubborn dirt, and stubborn silver polish from past cleanings
