a cheerful, bright, sparkly retro diamond solitaire that has timeless design details and a striking setting shape, which is almost eye-like

the diamond is full of sparkle and is accented by a white gold setting with embossed blossoms, which catch the light 

the setting is white gold through and through, not a layer of white gold

solid 14k yellow and white gold with a single natural diamond

there is SIGNIFICANT thinning to the base of the band, which tapers to ~0.9mm wide and ~0.45mm thick

C O N D I T I O N 

in good vintage condition

this rind would be listed as 'excellent' condition if it weren't for the thinning to the base of the band, which seems to be a sizing done improperly. it can be worn as-is, but it would benefit from either being sized down to remove the thinned portion or re-banded to replace the thinned area. the price has been discounted to reflect the thin band and the costs that might be incurred to rehab it.

the embossed flowers are very crisp for their age, and the diamond has only minimal surface wear visible under magnification

this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
