in good reworked vintage condition
-raven engraving is new and crisp
-original swirly engraving is crisp, but does show some wear
-hinge works easily and locket has a secure closure
-diamond is new and free from wear
-modest, uneven patina throughout the gold. 9k has a higher copper content, so it is more prone to developing patina. polishing decisions are left to the next caretaker
-minor warbles throughout the front and back of the locket, but no noteworthy dents
-wear to the hallmark on the back of the locket
-heavier surface scratches along the back of the locket, including maybe a number or two hand etched above the hallmark?
this is a re-worked vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
