what do you do when you find a tiny old achievement-related antique owl pin? you have it tuned up with freshly re-engraved feathers and then mount it to an antique whimsical clover-shouldered signet ring, of course! the clovers have three leaves (not-quite-lucky), so it feels like it's a wearable poem about the intersection of luck and wisdom and a reminder that the two are deeply intertwined.

in good reworked antique condition

-engraving on the owl is new and crisp
-signet's face has a slightly brushed texture beneath the owl
-signet's band shows evidence of a previous sizing
-repousse design details on the shoulders have softened 
-green glass eyes show minor wear
-the owl is mounted to the signet via two solder points underneath the owl's body, which means there is a tiny gap between the outer edges of the owl and signet's face, which can catch hairs and fibers. if you don't love hair-puller rings then this isn't a good match

this is a re-worked antique item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
