well, isn't this a spectacular miniature, functional treasure stash box

is it for a pill? a treasure? a spell?

it's very old and very wonderful and has been stored for a long time, giving it a time-earned patina

antique 14k in a true yellow hue

jump ring bail (not soldered shut) has a ~5.5mm inner diameter

C O N D I T I O N 

in good vintage condition

this is a very old piece so it has a bit of a brassier patina than the true yellow gold base hue

the lid fits securely and has a snug fit

hinge opens easily, but the pin doesn't appear to be centered in the hinge. it doesn't push back in to center and appears to be stuck in its current position

heavy bloomed patina and scratching inside the box

This is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
