what could be better than a true antique double sided lion fob?

the spinner rectangle spins all the way around and features hand engraved ivy & scrolls on one side and a bloodstone on the other

late Victorian era slightly rosy yellow gold. some of the rosiness is time-earned patina

30mm north to south x 23mm at widest point

weighs 6.5g

jump ring bail is NOT soldered shut and has a ~3.5mm opening

C O N D I T I O N 

in very good antique condition

This is an antique item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved

the area at the bottom/left of the bloodstone has a surface inconsistency that seems to be showing a natural vein in the stone. it doesn't seem to be a crack, but rather an inconsistency visible only in perfect lighting

the bail on the lion's back was previously repaired at the top leaving a variation in gold hue from the solder used

there may be a few tiny flea bite chips around the edge of the bloodstone

some softening to the lion's features
