A N T I Q U E // horsing around / 10k framed Roman coin / a charm or pendant

looking for something old, full of presence and character? how about a Roman bronze coin set in a 10k bezel? the coin is very very worn, but seems to be a Kainon Sicily Alaisa coin, though this is based in internet sleuthing, not expert coin identification. it's hard to imagine a bezel this old holds a coin that isn't authentic, but who knows!

unmarked 10k + bronze (according to internet sleuthing, the coin has not been tested)

14.75mm north/south excluding bails x ~15.5mm x ~2.1mm

jump ring bail is not soldered shut and has ~3.25mm x ~2.25mm unobstructed by the smaller bail

weighs 2.9g

C O N D I T I O N 

in good antique condition

-the bezel is organic and worn, but sturdy, as is the smaller bail
-the larger jump ring bail is not soldered shut and is slightly rosier in hue than the pendant's 10k
-the coin is VERY worn

this is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
