a classic early mid century sterling silver ID bracelet with a very slightly curved rounded name plate that's finished with a sister clasp.

it's currently engraved with the name James Thovson on the top of the ID plate and the name Gladys on the underside of the ID plate. either or both could be removed/replaced by an engraver. 

it's a really striking design with a slinky curb chain and an elegant name plate and it's waiting for someone to bring it into its next era

ID plate measures 44.45mm x 19mm and is ~1.45mm thick

chain is ~5.35mm wide

weighs 20.3g

C O N D I T I O N 

in good vintage condition

the jump rings attaching the chain to the plate are new replacements for the old broken bails

it's hand engraved on the top "James Thovson" and on the bottom "Gladys" — an engraver can easily buff these out and replace them with something new

name plate and chain have a dull finish from many years of wear, but could be buffed back to a shine

This is a vintage item and will show surface scratches, dents, dings, dulling, wear, patina, and signs of having been worn and loved
